Back-office operations for owner-run companies. We set up the estimating, scheduling, CRM and documentation routines that a small team can actually keep up with, and we stay involved until they hold.
Practical advice from people who run trade and service businesses. We help owners qualify scope, price work defensibly, prepare for public and institutional procurement, and decide what to build, buy or leave alone.
Kitchens, baths, basements and whole-home improvements, planned in writing before the first wall opens. We coordinate licensed trade partners, keep the site clean, and keep the homeowner current on schedule and cost.

How we work
Zimco grew out of operating companies, not an office. The same habits carry into every engagement.
Site visits, photos and questions come before numbers. What we did not see, we say so.
Inclusions, exclusions and allowances are spelled out so there are no surprises on either side.
Schedule, cost and open items are shared on a regular cadence, not when someone asks.
Whether it is a renovated kitchen or a scheduling tool, it is documented and built to be maintained.

Zimco Services LLC is based in Englewood, New Jersey. It is affiliated with Zimick Electric and Zimick Brothers Cleaning Service, and it carries their working habits into property, projects and software: auditable detail, clear scope qualifications, and tools designed around how field crews actually work.
The company is led by managing member Louis Zimick. Engagements are kept deliberately small in number so that each owner, tenant and project gets direct attention.
